With its compact headroom, whisper-quiet operation, modular maintenance architecture, and triple-security failsafe mechanism, the ER series delivers high duty cycles (up to 60% ED), maximum operating safety, and extended service life across demanding manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and cleanroom environments.

Triple Security & Failsafe Protection Mechanism

Safety is the fundamental pillar of VOHOBOO lifting equipment. The ER series comes standard with a three-layer failsafe system:

Heavy-Duty Electromagnetic Motor Brake:

High-temperature resistant electromagnetic brake mechanism.
Activates instantly upon power interruption, providing fail-safe mechanical locking with strong holding torque and minimal wear.

Mechanical Friction Clutch (Overload Prevention):

Independently developed built-in slip clutch.
Automatically slips if load exceeds rated capacity, protecting the hoist chassis, gear train, motor, and load chain from structural damage regardless of ambient temperature.

Dual Upper & Lower Travel Limit Switches:

Cuts off the motor control circuit immediately when the hook reaches top or bottom travel limits, preventing chain over-travel, drum jamming, or chassis impact.

Enhanced Operational Safety:

36V Low-Voltage Pendant Control: Eliminates electric shock risks for the operator; fitted with an ergonomic Emergency Stop button.
Drop-Forged 360° Swivel Hooks: Equipped with a heavy-duty safety latch and internal thrust bearing; deforms gradually under severe overload rather than sudden brittle fracture.
