EB Webbing Lifting Sling
Characteristics of EB flat lifting belt:
The maximum loading of the abrasion resistance of the lifting belt is 0-50T, the length scope is 1-100M, all of it can be determined by the clients;
The abrasion resistance of the lifting belt is weaved and sewed by using 100% PES. The two ends of lifting belt use the enhanced looped eyes or the metal components for strengthen the intensity.
The lifting belt made in one-off time by using the weaving machine, it also uses the various sewing methods, the belt is double-layer or quadruple-layer.
Besides classifying the standard tonnage of the lifting belt through the color,it can also be divided by the length. During lifting, it can provide the wide and smooth bearing surface, so, it is especially used for lifting the articles which with the soft surface. It is nearly no harm to the painting surface due to there is no metal pieces impacted.
The abrasion resistance belt has higher protection function. The belt has long service life due to its sound performance while use the normal JB-B abrasion resistance belt.
The abrasion resistance belt meets European standard of EN1492-1:2000 and industrial standard of JB/T8521-2007 in China.

Remark: Never use slings with damages or defects.
Use slings with clear identifications.
Check working load limit,length and working position.
Never use slings with knots.
Never use slings on sharp edges without correct protection.
Use the correct mode factor and check lifting angle.
The temperature should be between -40℃and100℃.
Stitching should not be placed over hooks or others lifting devices.
Sling should be stored in dry and clear conditions. Away from heat sources,direct sunlight and UV rays.
In case of chemical environment,please check with the manufacturer.
Elongation rate<3% at working load and<10% at breaking load.
