First, leakage repair protection

Because of vibration, wear, pressure, temperature and other factors, the reducer of the bridge crane trolley often has oil leakage at the static sealing parts of each joint surface. The traditional treatment method needs to disassemble the reducer, replace the sealing gasket or apply the sealant, but it takes time and effort, and it is difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and leakage will occur again during operation. In modern western countries, polymer composite materials are mostly used for on-site leakage control, and the Fusei Blue series is widely used. Polymer materials can be repaired without disassembly, and the materials have excellent adhesion, oil resistance and 350% elongation, which can overcome the influence of reducer vibration, and the repair effect is more effective than traditional methods.

Second, wear control

The active wheels of bridge cranes and the reducers of carts are operated frequently. Multiple reverse emergency stops and stops will cause the torque and vibration of each axis of the reducer to increase, which is easy to cause leakage. After this kind of problem occurs, the traditional methods are mostly repaired or repaired after brushing and plating, but both have certain disadvantages: the thermal stress generated by the high temperature of the repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and it is easy to bend or break; and the brush The plating is limited by the thickness of the coating, and it is easy to peel off. Both of the above methods use metal to repair the metal, which cannot change the "hard to hard" matching relationship. Under the combined effect of various forces, it will still cause wear again. Most of the latest maintenance methods are based on polymer composite materials, and the most widely used products are MEGAWA technology products, which have super-strong adhesion, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties. The use of polymer materials for repairs does not have the effect of repair welding thermal stress, and the repair thickness is not limited. At the same time, the metal materials of the product do not have the concession, which can absorb the impact shock of the equipment, avoid the possibility of wear again, and greatly extend the equipment The service life of components saves enterprises a lot of downtime and creates huge economic value.
