Limiter: In addition to reliable work, it must also have the function of phase-error protection.

Noise: When the hoisting mechanism is working under rated load, the noise shall not exceed 85dB (A); when the operating mechanism is running under no load, the noise shall not exceed 80dB (A).

Temperature monitoring: The operating temperature of the thermal control element is 160℃±10℃ or 170℃±10℃.

When the second brake is provided, its function should meet the following requirements: it does not work under normal conditions; when the first brake fails, it can reliably support the load.

When equipped with an overload limiter, its function should meet the following requirements:

Mechanical overload limiter: The combined error is not more than 8%; the operating load is not more than 1.15 times the rated load; it can automatically cut off the lifting power circuit when the operating load is reached.

Electronic overload limiter: the overall error is not more than 5%; the operating load with delay is not more than 1.1 times the rated load, and the operating load without delay is 1.25 times the rated load; it can automatically cut off when the operating load is reached L Power circuit.
