VOHOBOO is pleased to announce that the production of a 3-ton single girder overhead crane, together with its end carriages, control system, and supporting components, has been fully completed at our manufacturing facility. After passing all mechanical and electrical performance tests, the entire set is now ready for shipment to our customer in Singapore.

This order includes a complete lifting system tailored for efficient material handling in medium-duty industrial environments, such as machinery workshops, fabrication lines, and warehouse operations. The single girder bridge crane features a high-strength steel beam, precision-machined end carriages, and an optimized structure designed to ensure smooth travel, stable performance, and long-term durability.

Strict Quality Control Before Delivery

To guarantee safe and reliable operation after installation, all components were produced and inspected under VOHOBOO’s strict manufacturing standards. Quality control procedures included:

·Load-bearing assessment of the girder to ensure rigidity and deformation resistance

·End carriage alignment and wheel calibration to ensure smooth, low-noise travel

·Motor and electrical system testing to meet international lifting equipment norms

·Surface protection treatment, including anti-corrosion coating for long service life in humid environments

Each component passed its inspection stage with excellent performance results.

Secure Packing & Shipment Preparation

Given the size and length of the crane beam, VOHOBOO adopted a reinforced shipping method, utilizing:

·Steel wire and iron belt fastening

·Triangular wood blocks for beam support and anti-shift stability

·Edge protectors and moisture-resistant wrapping

This triple-protection packing method ensures that the crane and end carriages remain fully secured throughout international sea transportation.

Our logistics team is currently arranging the container loading plan to ensure safe dispatch to Indonesia.
