          The first consideration is the poor contact of the sliding contact line. When the electric hoist passes through the contact line interface, the electric hoist often stops suddenly, and the electric hoist is burnt due to lack of phase in severe times. Some electric hoist contact wires, this kind of sliding contact wires are in a specially manufactured semi-closed engineering plastic conduit, embedded with multi-pole copper guide rails with insulating groove plates as the power transmission bus. Due to factors such as the quality of the trolley wire and the on-site environment, the plastic shell of the trolley wire is fragile and severely deformed during transportation and installation, which increases the difficulty of installing the trolley wire. The slip line and the slip line interface simply appear misaligned, causing the current collector to often have poor contact and phase loss or power failure when passing through the interface, and the electric hoist suddenly stops.

 

        The second consideration is the current collector, the built-in tension spring supports the sliding carbon brush to contact the sliding wire. In coastal areas, rainy, high humidity and other environmental factors, the tension spring simply rusts and fails, resulting in poor contact between the carbon brush and the sliding wire. However, there is a chamfer in the orientation of the carbon brush contacts. When the carbon brush passes through the uneven sliding wire interface, the electric hoist has small inertia and the carbon brush contacts cannot successfully pass through the interface, resulting in poor contact of a certain phase of the current collector.

 

Consider the use of electric hoist after electric hoist. When the electric hoist is used to hoist equipment in a non-standard way, various skewed and inclined cranes occur. The electric hoist is skewed due to force, which drives the current collector to violate the normal track, resulting in poor contact between the current collector and the sliding line and lack of phase or open circuit, causing the electric hoist to suddenly When the suspension is severe, the motor is often burned due to lack of phase.

 

       In order to eliminate the bad condition of the current collector and the sliding contact line, we firstly strengthen the position of the sliding line interface to ensure that the interface is as flat as possible; secondly, replace the rusty tension spring of the current collector, and polish the carbon brush contacts to make the contacts more smooth , Eliminate the gap due to the unevenness of the sliding wire interface, and ensure that the contact can effectively contact with the sliding wire copper guide rail. The latter is to strengthen the technical clarification of the electric hoist operators, and use the electric hoist according to the correct standard.
