6. After pre-tightening the adjusting nut, the test hoist can start to slide more than 1.3-1.6 times the load, from half-cut to normal load, and then to 25% overload. Tightening the adjusting nut gradually can make the lifting operation more flexible, and the lifting weight of the lifting operation can reach more than 1.3-1.6 times of the front load.

7. When the no-load lifting makes the hard rubber anti-collision block of the hook contact with the box body, the electric hoist motor of the group hoist continues to work, and no abnormal sound can be heard from the hook, which proves that the safety clutch is in protective effect, and then load with half goose.
