The adjustment of the friction clutch of multiple electric chain hoists requires a detection device to check the friction. The internal structure of the electric hoist is very compact, but it has certain shortcomings: large length, large width, rough structure, low mechanical efficiency, and processing It's harder to wait. The hydraulic system is dual-controlled, and the pressure can be precisely controlled by the overflow regulating valve and the magnetic contact pressure gauge. The electrical control department adopts low-voltage control, which increases the safety of the control system. On-site maintenance can only be completed by inspection and operation test. The electric hoist has a compact structure, and the electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the axis of the drum adopts a worm gear transmission device. Its disadvantages are: large length dimension, large width dimension, rough structure, low mechanical efficiency, and difficult processing. The adjustment steps of the group crane electric hoist clutch are as follows:

1. Remove the upper cover, lower cover and front cover of the reduction gearbox.

2. Open the safety fastener of the lock washer, loosen and remove the adjusting nut, and remove the disc spring seat and the middle pressure plate of the ring.

3. Check whether the outer friction plate is damaged or severely worn, and there is dirt on it.

4. Disassemble the clutch gear and check the inner friction plate on it.

5. Clean the friction plate, and then clean the friction plate. After grinding with gauze, put the friction plate back in order. Do not temporarily lock the safety button of the lock washer.

6. After pre-tightening the adjusting nut, the test hoist can start to slide more than 1.3-1.6 times the load, from half-cut to normal load, and then to 25% overload. Tightening the adjusting nut gradually can make the lifting operation more flexible, and the lifting weight of the lifting operation can reach more than 1.3-1.6 times of the front load.

7. When the no-load lifting makes the hard rubber anti-collision block of the hook contact with the box body, the electric hoist motor of the group hoist continues to work, and no abnormal sound can be heard from the hook, which proves that the safety clutch is in protective effect, and then load with half goose. Lift to the extreme position to test the slip of the clutch, then test the load of the goose, take 25% of the load, and finally lock the safety button of the washer on the safety button of the lock washer after the third test, and complete the reducer cover Adjustment of friction clutch after installation.
