The chain must be replaced when the inner length of the chain is worn out and the elongation exceeds 5% or more of the specified value, and the diameter of the chain link is below the specified value (abrasion of more than 10% of the nominal diameter).

When the wear of the electric hoist chain is large, we must not only change the chain, but also confirm the wear condition of the sprocket and the chain guide. Check all parts of the electric hoist in place to eliminate potential safety hazards.
